Brief introduction
ACF-1-PZ wireless integrated smart nozzle flow meter is differential pressure generator to measure the flow, cooperate with all sorts of differential pressure gauge or differential pressure transmitter to measure all kinds of fluid flow in pipes. ACF -1PZ wireless integrated nozzle flow meter has the features of high temperature and high pressure resistance, impact resistance, long service life, large measuring range, high measuring accuracy, low pressure loss, etc. These features all can be used for trade settlement. Compound use with differential pressure transmitter, it can measure the flow rate of liquid, steam and gas. Measure theory
When fluid filled with pipe flow through the nozzle, the flow will form local contraction at the throttling area of the nozzle to accelerate the flow and reduce the static pressure, then there will be pressure drop also called differential pressure before and after the nozzle. The bigger of the medium flow rate, the bigger of the differential pressure, so we can measure the flow rate by measuring the differential pressure.
